Welcome to The Chapel’s 2007 World AIDS Day experience.  Every year on December 1, people from around the world spend the day learning about AIDS and encouraging the millions of people suffering from it. This website is part of our contribution: a tool to expand your own knowledge, a resource to pass on to others, and a reminder to spend time in prayer and in practical support of those who face AIDS daily.  In each section of this site you'll find some relevant information, a prayer point, and a variety of resources and links.  Thanks for joining us…

The Ribbon Wall

A red ribbon is an internationally recognized symbol  for the support of AIDS victims.  We have several ways you can join with us and the world this year in calling attention and action to this global crisis:

.:Pick up a red ribbon from one of our welcome centers at either Akron or Green anytime between Sunday, November 25 and Friday,                November 30.  Make sure to wear it on World AIDS Day, December 1st, 2007.

.:Download our email virtual ribbon signatures (below).  Use it as a signature to your emails for the next several weeks or post it on your            website.

.:Post a virtual ribbon as a sign of solidarity on this World AIDS Day prayer blog.
